Introduced in 1957, the Colonial
was one of Levitt & Son's larger
house plans. After 40+ years in
Snowball Gate, my
father lived in a Twin Oaks
Colonial on Tweed Road until his
death in 2009. The Colonial Model was built in only
a few Levittown Sections:
